Availability Extranet

Are you Available?

Website visitors increasingly expect to be able to find out availability at their chosen accommodation quickly and easily, whilst still being able to contact the provider direct by phone or email to confirm availability and make the actual booking.

Many providers on our website are now using our FREE Availability Extranet system to maintain their room availability in real time, which then automatically links into availability searches on our Visit Somerset website.

All that is needed to use the Extranet is a computer with Internet Explorer (version 6 or above) - no special software needs to be installed.

Tourist Information Centres can also use our system to look up your availability information, though you need to agree to some standard TIC commission levels and Terms & Conditions before this can be enabled for your establishment.
