Experience Mendip Activity Centre's floodlit 165-meter snowsport slope nestled in ancient woodland, offering year-round thrills for all skill levels. Perfect for both beginners and experienced snowsport fanatics. Learn to ski or snowboard where legends like skier Dave Ryding and snowboarder Jenny Jones began.

If you have your first skiing holiday coming up or have just always wanted to try skiing, Mendip’s slope is the perfect place to start.

Already a confident skier/snowboarder? Grab a Slope Pass or join the instructor-led sessions for skill refinement. Recreational standard 

Or join Mendip Ski Club, a weekly informal ski club for adults and juniors every Thursday evening.

Open daily in winter, book online for lessons and slope passes.

Afterwards, pop into the Alpine Lounge cafe for apres-ski light bites, hot/cold drinks and selection of snacks. Outdoor seating area and balcony on second levels offer impressive views of the slope - perfect place to watch family and friends on the slope (dog friendly area too!). Cafe open to all, whether you’re participating an activity or not.
